Spadolini
A coastal residence above the bay of Saranda
A coastal residence above the bay of Saranda. Art direction and a full image set in dialogue with the landscape.
For Spadolini we handled the art direction and the full image set of this residential project on the bay of Saranda, on the Albanian coast. The project was born with the intent of establishing a respectful and profound dialogue with the territory, giving shape to an architecture capable of integrating without imposing itself. Every compositional choice is oriented toward enhancing the landscape, with measured volumes and lines that leave room for the natural context.
Our images were built around that same intent: frames that let the architecture belong to its hillside, with the sea always present and the building reading as part of the place rather than an interruption of it.

01 The Terraces
The habitable terraces are the fundamental device of the project, designed to maximize the view toward the sea. They are not simple outdoor extensions but true living spaces, conceived to support an open and engaging everyday experience, where the boundary between inside and outside softens.

The building is conceived so that every unit can enjoy the marine landscape, guaranteeing visual equity and quality of living. Our compositions make that promise visible, placing the eye on the terrace and the horizon beyond it.

02 The Materials
The use of local materials, such as stone, textured plaster, and local woods, gives the project an authentic identity, rooted in the place. The architecture belongs to the land it rises from and reflects its soul, and the images had to honour that: every texture was reproduced with care, in the light that reveals it best.

At street level the project shows its most grounded face, where the stone meets the path and the building greets the town. It is here that the dialogue with the territory becomes visible, one material at a time.
