A new residence in the heart of the Marche hills, a few steps from the Adriatic. One coherent project, from brand to web to images.
For Esedra we delivered the complete package: the full brand identity and guidelines, UX and UI design with web development, a complete set of still CGI images, a series of animations, and the editorial plan for social media. Every piece was built to speak with one voice, so the development reads as a single coherent project across print, screen, and feed.
The development rises in Fermo, in the heart of the gentle hills of Le Marche, a short distance from the Adriatic sea. It is a town rich in history, art, and breathtaking views, where the charm of the old town meets the calm of the surrounding countryside. Living in Fermo means choosing a perfect balance between beauty, comfort, and quality of life, and our work set out to make that promise visible long before the first resident arrives.
The complete package: brand identity and guidelines, web design, a full set of CGI images, animations and social. Every piece speaks with one voice.
01 Approach
Esedra had to exist as a finished idea before a single unit was built. We started from the positioning and shaped one consistent language that would carry the development from the first social post to the day of the notary signing. Every decision, from the tone of the texts to the warmth of the light in the images, was taken once, at the start, and then applied with discipline across every deliverable.

Brand, website, images, and social content were designed together, so every touchpoint a buyer meets feels like the same place rather than a collection of separate assets. This is what allows a development to build trust early: wherever the audience encounters Esedra, it always finds the same voice, the same calm, and the same level of care.

02 Identity
We designed the full identity for Esedra: the logo system, the colour palette, the typography, and a set of guidelines that keep every application precise. The mark draws on the calm geometry of the architecture and the soft light of the Marche landscape.

The guidelines let the sales office, the print suppliers, and the digital team work in parallel without ever losing the tone we set at the start.

03 Digital
The web experience was designed and built from scratch, from the UX structure to the final UI, around one deliberately simple idea: the visitor should never face difficult choices or scattered attention. The journey is a single guided narrative. First the site tells and positions the intervention, the place, the idea of living it. Then it invites the visitor to explore the space, reading the project from the widest scale of the development down to the single apartment, with every piece of information they may need along the way: plans, surfaces, orientations, finishes.

Only at the end, when interest has had the room to form, the journey lands naturally on the contact. There are no competing menus, no dead ends, no decisions that interrupt the flow: each screen has one purpose and one clear next step. The simplicity is the design, and it is what turns a visit into a request to know more.

04 Imagery
We produced a complete set of still CGI images covering the exteriors, the interiors, and the wider setting in the hills above the sea. Each frame was lit and composed as a real moment, never a generic render.
A series of animations and a full social media editorial plan carried the same imagery into motion and into the daily rhythm of the feed, keeping the launch alive across every channel.
